Common questions about Wishking offers

Who is behind wishkingbonus.info?

A small independent team that reads the Wishking promotion pages and rewrites the rules in simple words. Wishking does not run this site. We cannot open, change or fix any player account.

There is no box for a code. How do I get the bonus?

That is how Wishking works. In the cashier you tick the offer you want, then enter the amount and pay. If you skip that step and pay first, the deposit goes in without a bonus.

Can I have both the High Roller start and the First Welcome Bonus?

No. Both are for the first deposit only, so you get one of them. The High Roller version needs at least $300 and gives 125% up to $4,500 + 125 FS. The standard one starts at $30 and gives 100% up to $1,500 + 100 FS.

Why does King's Monday Boost give a different percentage each time?

The percentage follows the size of the deposit. $75 brings 30%, $150 brings 50%, and $300 brings 70%. Only VIP players can take the 70% step, and the first two require a previous deposit on the account. The boost is capped at $1,500.

Which spin offers limit what I can cash out?

The non-VIP steps of Wednesday Thrills, Royal Fortune Friday and Wish of the Month. Their caps are $300, $375, $450 or $750, depending on the step. The VIP step of each pack, with spins worth $1, has no cash-out cap.

When does a Wishking day start in Canada?

The weekday offers follow UTC. A UTC day starts in the evening of the day before on Canadian clocks, for example 8 pm Eastern in summer time. Cashback is different: it counts your losses from 00:00 to 23:59 local time.

Is the Daily Cashback free money?

It depends on your VIP level. A Noble Knight gets 5% with x10 rollover. At Crown Elite it is 15% with no rollover at all. It has to be switched on within 3 days, and you must finish any rollover within 3 days.

A bonus did not appear after I paid. Who do I tell?

Contact Wishking's team at support@wishking.com, before you place a bet with that money. We are only a guide, so we cannot add a bonus to your account.
